Daily Duties at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield:
• Provided individualized, consultative services to national accounts with multiple locations in implementing various wellness programs, including Healthy Dining Initiatives to improve the quality, and designative labeling, of food served in employee dining rooms, cafeterias, vending machines, and other venues • Assisted in elevating National Accounts to higher levels of engagement in utilizing wellness programming, through nutrition displays, events, and personal presence to offer education and encouragement, in addition to implementing Tobacco Cessation programming and initiatives • Served as liaison for a Health Coaching service, and coordinating the training of worksite wellness committees members to increase participation and presence of on-site worksite wellness programming.
