Daily Duties at American Hospital Association:

• Created Analysis Datasets, Summary Tables, Listings and Plots according to the specifications of the project goals. • Modified raw datasets according to the requirements of the senior SAS programmer and the clients. • Data validation and quality control of displays and datasets according to different QC levels. • Extracted data from Excel and Access database using Proc Export. • Used PROC REPORT, PROC MEANS, and PROC FREQ to produce reports for clients. • Involved in writing code using data step programming and macros to extract, clean and validate data from external sources • Extensively worked with complex and huge datasets, and generated reports in various formats such as PDF, RTF, HTML, and list files using SAS ODS facility. • Validating the datasets and comparing the results to that of source programmers output. • Attended project team meetings, interacted with statisticians, data managers, and other senior programmers. • Provided SAS support to team members for different reports and needs on a daily basis.
