Daily Duties at Flagship Reconstruction:
• Accountable for the pre/post sales process including consulting, estimating, negotiating, closing, contract preparation and/or review of customer’s contract, city permits and inspections, managing/coordination of supervision, project over-site, final inspections, daily and weekly reports to customers and company, plus billing and collections • Learned the Xactimate reconstruction estimating program for disaster recovery. • Played key role in establishing customer base in Texas by quantifying and qualifying new prospective markets, creating and maintaining solid business relationships, and developing sales marketing programs through trade show participation, vendor relationships, networking in industry events and committees, and mail/online campaigns.
