• Multi-Family Marketing Manager/Customer Focus Sales & Relationships/Staff Development • Charged with integrating Blackmon Mooring Construction and Blackmon Mooring Branch Services in to multi-family industry primarily in Texas, Oklahoma and Georgia. • Trained, Coached and provided Leadership to Branch Service Reps in the multi-family industry. Accompanied Reps on multi-family management company presentations, cold call marketing and on site appointments. Responsible for the entire trade show process for the local apartment associations in each branch city. • Business Development marketing, sales and estimating primarily for multi-family disaster recovery.
