Daily Duties at Fsi Construction:

• Estimator/Project Manager/Relationship and Consultative Sales/Customer Relations & Service • Initiated the opening of a new branch office successfully positioning the company in a highly competitive Texas multi-family marketplace selling and marketing capitol improvements, disaster recovery, and maintenance reconstruction. • Accountable for the pre/post sales process including consulting, estimating, negotiating, closing, contract preparation and/or review of customer’s contract, city permits and inspections, managing/coordination of supervision, project over-site, final inspections, daily and weekly reports to customers and company, plus billing and collections. • Developed and maintained solid business relationships with customers and sub contractors. • After twelve years in disaster recovery, learned to estimate and project manage capital improvement and maintenance reconstruction.
