Consulting Engineer for Radio Frequency Cellular Phone System, Telcel. Responsible for testing Telcel cell system across Mexico to benchmark/compare with competitors’ systems. Analyzed data, provided recommendations to optimize network Specialist in AMPS, CDMA, TDMA , GSM, softwares including MapInfo, News, Baseline and WorkBench and measuring equipment Comarco GEN II-4, Comarco Baseline. No Revenue asociated. No people in charge. * Test Mobile Voice products for benchmarking cellular networks. * Responsible for providing benchmarking solutions across all the Cellular technologies: AMPS, CDMA, TDMA , GSM. * Provide leadership and evaluation of RF test and monitoring solutions for existing network. * Assist in-the-field testing. * Benchmarks competitive solutions and recommends performance improvements to the customer RF Team.
