Daily Duties at Dimension Data North America:
The Inside Sales Manager position is responsible for managing a team of Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs) for a designated Dimension Data customer and prospective account base in order to achieve revenue, expense, and marketing objectives. Owned over sales and services activities , Managed team of 4 Inside Sales Account Managers and 1 Solutions Engineer Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, engineering, and technical support, Maintained accurate and timely forecasts Communicated with regional sales management on training, policy and field engagement Recruit and staff, Coaching employees
