Hired as US Project Manager for creation of a new Cisco inside sales model to provide deal support, help with promotions, marketing and financing non- named Registered and Select Tier 2 partners. Worked with project team to create BRD, project plan, communicated to stakeholders. After launch continued in new role as America's Theater Lead as Program Manager to manage direction and structure of newly created division. Created SFDC module, outbound scripts, communicated with distributors. Managed the vendor teams in Canada, US and Mexico. (Total of 25 agents and 2 managers) Exceeded KPI on response rate, outbound call made, and quality surveys (finished 2012 at 4.89/5.0) Additionally worked at Partner 360 Partner Led Project Manager during this same period.
