Facilitated Joint Application Discussions between IT developments teams and internal clients to design and upgrade the internal systems and to secure accurate system requirements. • Created requirement documents for internal Provisioning and Ordering systems such as Accord formerly CAFE. • Created User Guides for newly developed internal systems. • Coordinated and tracked user acceptance testing for Provisioning and Ordering systems. • Assisted in the development of system online help. • Facilitated presentations to over 200 internal customers. • Trained 250 external Service Center users on new systems services and products. • Skilled video presenter on products and services.
