Consultant for Verizon Wrote system requirements for new internal software ordering system used by customer service representatives (Cofee) • Created use cases for system requirements. • Coordinated and facilitated Joint Application Discussions between IT developers and stakeholders to design internal systems, created agenda, tracked attendance, minutes and action item follow-up. • Coordinated and tracked user acceptance testing (UAT) for Ordering and Trouble Administration systems Created Requirements documents to enhance mechanization of Wholesale Trouble Administration Systems (VISTA) which include: RETAS, LSI-TA, TAXI Local, TAXI Access, VTAG, WSA VISTA and RCMC Voice Portal and various designed services internal provisioning processes. • Facilitated Joint Application Discussions between IT developments teams and internal clients to design and upgrade the internal systems and to secure accurate system requirements. • Coordinated Verizon Provisioning Service Trouble Administration Projects and overall project management for these systems • UAT tester for the Vista trouble Administration System to the RCCC centers across Verizon footprint. • Representative for Verizon Provisioning Service Trouble Administration Systems on Nor'Easter Project to transition Verizon customers to Fairpoint Communications.
