Daily Duties at Evolving Technologies:
Consultant for Verizon • Developed Systems Requirements (SRS) documents for Verizon dispatch centers systems, vForce and Cofee Anywhere Dispatch (CoA). • Created complete use cases for system requirements. • Interview staff to elicit and refine business requirements. Resolve issues between client groups and developers as to scope and content of releases • Collaborate with onshore and offshore IT development teams to ensure proposed screen mockups, design and code are consistent with customer requirements. • Investigate and resolve defects found in DIT/SIT/UAT Testing. Engage client groups in issue resolution while documenting and tracking changes in SRS • Monitored center issues and created TDs in HP Quality Center, updated assigned TDs. • Dispatch center support of vForce and CoA users, insuring systems were being utilized to capacity. • Implementation support for vForce, CoA Dispatch and CoA Auto Loading system. Traveled across the Verizon footprint to support the various RNC and DRC Dispatch centers on the system roll-out. • Trained over 75 RNC and 30 DRC/VzBD1 dispatchers on the CoA dispatch system transition from vForce, AWAS and WFA/DO to CoA. Provided feedback to SD&A, RAD Developers on issues regarding transition.
