Launch and achieve formulary status for all hospitals in the state of Kansas , neuromuscular blocking agents, reversal agents. Increase Market share and volume by expanding use to ICU's, Pulmonology, Emergency Room, Burn Units. Seek out Key Opinion Leaders quickly and gain support for repeated formulary wins with new agents. Launch Anti-Thrombotic in Kansas, and Missouri hospitals with orthopedic surgeons, co-marketed Avinza(morphine) to pain specialists, oncologists, rheumatologists, primary care.
