Daily Duties at Newmont Mining Corporation:

Supported 10 engineers, 2 modelers, and 14 geoscientists / metallurgists producing numerous presentation quality AutoCAD Map / LDD and ArcInfo maps, figures, and slides for executive level, domestic and international sites for Open Pit and Underground Mining. Installed and maintained AutoCAD licenses, troubleshot and maintained PCs, plotters, and digitizers, and performed all server backups, deployments, and configurations for PCs. Handled drafting design for Minera Yanacocha, Batu Hijau, Ahafo, Akyem, Martabe and Kyzylama for Gold Mining, as well as, spearheading Y2K Compliance directive.
