Daily Duties at Md Helicopters:

Implements and directs activities designed to provide service centers and operators with support for warranty repair, replacement and repair & overhaul of parts. Monitors service and operations report (SOR). Establishes and maintains a professional relationship with internal/external customers to ensure world-class customer support. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Supports service centers and MDHI supply chain with returns to suppliers. Oversees program specific work orders associated with warranty repair, exchange and overhaul orders. Collaborates with production, warehouse and shipping, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments; document and update spares exchange program to include rotable pools. Supports the analysis of data trends to determine minimum levels of inventory and identify potential discrepancies. Maintain effective customer relationships with all service centers and customers. The regions include eastern United States, Canada, Europe, South America and Africa.
