Daily Duties at Torrent Research Centre:
Responsibilities : - Development of Analytical Method for routine Quality Control testing for Solid oral dosage forms like Tablets & Capsules as well as API like Linezolid, Quetiapine fumarate, Milnacipran HCl, Risperidone & perform validation for the same. - Development of Analytical method for Dissolution, Assay, Related substances, Content Uniformity, Blend Uniformity & for different stages of reaction monitoring of API - Analysis of F&D formulation for Dissolution, Assay, Related substances etc… - Calibration of HPLC , GC, Spectrophotometer, Dissolution tester pH meter. - Technology Transfer of Analytical method to Quality control. - Training in a analytical view for junior scientist & Guide them for completion of the task in timely manner. - Dossier review of API & Technology transfer Product. - Analysis & Reviewing data for Analytical method Development / Stability Study / Validation / Technology Transfer / Excepient competibility / Stress Testing for different kind of dosage forms & API. - Development of Analytical method for Mass spectroscopy & Identification / Qualification of Impurity - Analytical Support to Regulatory affairs & Quality Control - Project planning & procurement as per project requirement - ANDA Project work / Molecule / Brand - Quetiapine fumarate (SR/ IR-Seroquel ER), Memantine HCl (IR/SR- Ebixa/ Nameda), Sevelamer Carbonate( Renvella), - Linezolid (Zyvox), Milnacipran HCl (SEVELLA), Olmesartan medoxomil ( Benicar-Benicar HCT), Valsartan ( Diovan / Diovan-HCT ), Pravastatin Na ( Elisor ),Risperidone ( Risperdal )
