Daily Duties at Tkc Aerospace:
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Program Manager. • Highly experienced with government contracts and acquisitions management. Worked in the capacity of B&D to write RFP’s, RFQ’s, RFI’s, SOW’s and market research while successfully pursuing new business and development opportunities. • Successfully led programs involving technically complex deliverables and change management requirements. • Highly competent in the tools, techniques, methodologies, resources, and procedures used to monitor, capture and control major programs. • Establishes unique Program Management Plans (PMPs) during the initial phase of program performance, defining and redefining the specific management areas and major activities, for successful program performance. Components of the PMPs include: Quality Management, Risk Management, Subcontract Management, Costs Management, Resource Management, Procurement Management, Communication Management, Performance Metrics, and building Integrated Master Schedules with Microsoft Project. • Establishes and maintains direct lines of communications with customers to convey contract performance status, ensure deliverables are being met and provide immediate action to all concerns. • Maintains a regular dialog with customers to facilitate complete insight into the program status, activities, challenges and achievements. • Works closely with the CO/Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) regarding Government oversight and control of contracting actions, issues and providing government furnished equipment (GFE) traceability and control. • Responsible for oversight of federal and state contracts with values ranging from $1mil to $35Mil.
