Daily Duties at Ryan Firm Inc.,:
• Responsible for developing all facets of a comprehensive marketing strategy, for a business-to-business consulting firm. • Manage a staff of 12 to keep up with the fast-paced demands of daily business. • The complete set of marketing systems created an increase in sales of 32% in less than 2 years. • Conduct extensive market research, to identify key prospects for the firm’s services. • Design and draft sales scripts that telephone sales staff utilize to generate new leads. • Conduct daily “kick off” meetings with the sales staff to motivate the sales team. • Created salesperson goals and metrics aligned with corporate goals, and tracked progress of individual salespeople. • Created an enhanced corporate identity. This was accomplished by revising marketing materials, creating a new logo, creating stronger perception of value of the firm’s product, and creating new language to describe the firm’s services. • Conduct regular performance reviews with employees, and implement corrective action strategies. • Solve a myriad of issues and problems on a daily basis, to keep strategies aligned and moving forward. • Re-designed and re-launched the firm’s website to incorporate new marketing goals. • Created a new product for the firm (property management services), and opened a new division to provide new these services. • Migrated the firm’s customer database from a manual database, to a technology based customer relationship management system. • Successfully trained salespeople how to recover funding on delinquent accounts. • Attend industry trade shows to stay abreast of new market trends, and develop new sales leads.
