Daily Duties at Renaissance Pictures:

Complete special projects and independent researchin areas known to be of interest to the Company partners. • Answer phones, sort mail, draft emails/memos and letters for internal/external clients, maintain a personal database of archived company properties, film masters, belongings, paperwork and anything else stored in facilities along with company property. In addition, consolidate and relocate archived items as opportunities become apparrent in order to cut expenses and save on manpower. Acted as a liason and when needed a brick wall between Renaissance pictures staff and studio heads, powerful agents and other producers, writers & directors exercising the upmost tact & discretion. •Prepare expense reports and check requests, submit to finance and keep track of payments made both to the company and by the company. •Coordinate/ track, & document vacation, attendance schedules & attendence patterns of fellow employees to ensure proper staffing at all times. * Made copies of the tapes & distributed them to the appropriate people and made sure they were kept confidential. Managed several storage units that contained files, scripts, paperwork, budgets, research materials, props, costumes, publicity materals and merchandise that was highly valuable and confidential. Also maitined two separate storage facilites that contained film & tape libraries.
