Daily Duties at Ghost House Pictures (Renaissance Pictures):

Manage meeting preparation and follow through including Complete special projects and independent researchin areas known to be of interest to the Company partners Answer phones, sort mail, draft emails/memos and letters for internal/external clients, maintain a personal database of archived company properties, consolidate and relocate archived items as opportunities become apparrent in order to cut expenses and save on manpower. prepare expense reports and check requests, submit to finance and keep track of payments Coordinate/ track, & document vacation, attendance schedules & attendence Obtain and keep track of supplies Worked with private security and successfully caught on video and obtained liscence plate numbers of crazy psycho fan/stalkers to help identify them. Assisted in the creative development of all films from evluating scripts and giving extensive script notes to tracking down obsuce films that had similare ideas & themes. Tracked down new directes and their movies to consider for open directing assignments. Tracked down and obtained copies for many foreign & obscure films to be considered for possible remakes. Researched, obtained and edited footage for sizzle and presentation reels.
