Daily Duties at Confidential:

Formulate, develop, and implement IT solutions to improve organizational performance, efficiency, and capacity for U.S. operations. Engage senior staff across multiple divisions to define business needs, develop IT strategy and implementation plan, and align IT initiatives with broader objectives of growth, profitability, and productivity. Oversee a broad range of servers, systems, and applications supporting both Denver headquarters and field offices around the U.S., along with international offices in Calgary and global headquarters in the UAE. Negotiate vendor agreements, manage both internal staff and external contractors, and administer both capital and operating budgets totaling roughly $250K.
