Daily Duties at Sasol Technology:
Responsible for all construction managers employed by Sasol Technology on projects as well as Hydrocarbon Value Chain Projects of the value of $2,5 billion with an annual project cash flow of $0.8 billion per annum. The main responsibility of this portfolio is to single point of accountability to deliver Sasol Synfuels projects within the hydrocarbon value chain, to successfully deliver these projects within the Strategic Business Plan, on time and within the project budget ensuring that there will be no deviation in cash flow and schedule on a yearly basis and not just the final end of job cost and Beneficial operation period. This position requires skills in the legal (all the aspects of construction law), project management and construction management as well as safety. As this position is also a functional role I’m also responsible for the development and growth a the portfolio of project manager, construction managers and Project directors.
