Daily Duties at Isfahan Sugar Company:
1-description of rule: a) Learn about the process of producing sugar from sugar beets a) Take samples of exit water of various stages (Filtration , evaporation and centrifuges output) and bring it to the laboratory quality control for analyzing the purity. Measuring the PH, and hardness, polarization and light blend of sugar solution. 2-Details of daily basis: First two week, I studied the PFD and P&ID of the process and visiting different units to Learnt about the process from the third week: I and my group went to different stages every 2hrs, took samples and brought it to the lab and measured the PH of waste water, carbonation stage and centrifuges. Measured the polarization and brix of massecuite from vacuum PAN C. and reported data to decide the time of crystallization.
