Daily Duties at Isfahan Oxygen And Nitrogen Gas Company :
1- Description of rule: a) Worked as a member of design team to generate PFD and P&ID. b) Established process development technical guidelines c) Simulate the process with ASPEN PLUS and HYSYS software e) Evaluated and optimized alternative designs 2- Details on a daily basis: First 4 months: Our team prepared the feasibility study report of different air separation technologies, my duty was to provide the simulation of Cryogenic technology with both ASPEN PLUS and ASPEN HYSYS as well as providing PFD and P&ID with Visio. I also did the heat and mass balances calculation of the process. Next 8 Months: I was involved in two project one of them I prepared the technical guideline for the various sections of plant suction filter, compressors, Cold box, heat exchangers, pumps. and another project, I worked with another team to improve the quality of process of existing air separation plant with the six sigma technique (collect statistical data of the company) and also checked the safety standards.
