• Implemented enterprise-wide integration of HEAT help desk solution system, requiring capital investment of $4M, resulting in greater overall customer satisfaction and increased software performance • Researched existing problem ticketing system vendors, licenses, contract service pricing and hardware requirements • Managed over 5200 HEAT users across 5 divisions, and led training classes for new users • Continuously performed system monitoring for efficiency, identified anomalies and implemented solutions with minimal down time • Oversaw development, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements • Planned, coordinated, and verified unit and full regression test results to minimize system down time • Manage customer and vendor relationships, enforced maintenance service agreements in the best interest of the company • Managed all aspects of staff of fifteen help desk employees, from hiring, to performance evaluations and ongoing professional development • Oversaw public relations with user community
