As a business analyst for First National Bank of Omaha's merchant card acquiring division, I was responsible for interpreting MasterCard regulatory specifications in order to ensure that the daily processing of $80M in credit card transactions were processed within compliance. During my tenure, I oversaw the three successful system-wide regulatory enhancement releases, participated in the re-engineering of two processing methods for system efficiency, and the successful implementation of a new MasterCard file transfer method. My responsibilities entailed:  Creating analysis documents for business units and developers outlining MasterCard required changes and their affect to the organization  Using project management techniques to ensure that business unit needs are met without compromising system constraints.  Overseeing development, testing and implementation of system enhancements  Planning, coordinating, and verifying unit and full regression test results  Training production support staff in problem solving techniques
