Daily Duties at National Guard Bureau, Counterdrug Division:

Program manager with a staff of 4 direct reports responsible for oversight of budget management and operational procedures and policies of a $218M counterdrug program with over 2,400 full time soldiers and airman in 54 programs. Maintained 99.9% execution rate while enabling state programs in assisting law enforcement in removing over $45.5B of drugs from our nations streets. Acted as the central point of contact for all state and territory programs (50 states, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and DC) on all counterdrug issues. Addressed policy questions, drafted or revised new policies in accordance with regulations. Coordinated, planned and executed 2 annual national level conferences to collaborate with state level programs.
