Direct all functions of operations across multiple plants to ensure supply of products at a competitive cost and high level of service including oversight of manufacturing, engineering, safety, maintenance, quality, and productivity process. Drove operational excellence and continuous improvement programs Implemented comprehensive operating plans, monitor and lead plants to achievement of financial and business goals of 14%.Monitor production volumes, costs, quality and yields at all locations to ensure targets are met and improvements are made.Collaborate with others on the business team to develop long range plans for plant assets that are consistent with business goals.
