Daily Duties at Propel Trampolines Inc.:

I was co/founder and COO of Propel Trampolines and Home Fitness and Institutional Equipment. And Direct all functions of operations for the plants to ensure supply of products at a competitive cost and high level of service including oversight of manufacturing, engineering, safety, maintenance, quality, and productivity process. Overseen operational excellence and continuous improvement programs. Develop comprehensive operating plans, monitor and lead the plants to achievement of financial and business goals.Lead and participate in processes to implement and improve data collection systems. Oversee data integrity and reporting for the Production Department. Lead the charge to increase efficiency and reduce machine stops by coaching supervisors and team leads to understand the principles of Lean Manufacturing. This includes line set ups and labor delegation. 15 perations management experience. Extensive experience in edible oils manufacturing or packaging. Experience with improvements in safety, productivity, teamwork Presented strong teamwork, leadership and influencing skills. Exceptional people management skills with a record of developing staff. Lead continuous improvement (Lean Sigma, TPM) in operations and service levels Understand the financial side of the business and have experience with acquisition strategies
