Daily Duties at Td Waterhouse Group Inc. :
Provided financial expertise, designed financial portfolios, and explained stock market terms to clients and took 100-130 inbound calls each day from customers in the Chicago call center. Managed margin issues, trade reports & quotes, opened accounts, and processed stock option and mutual fund orders in firm’s brokerage department. Constructed daily check blotters, processed checks and stock certificate deposits, and performed other functions in firm’s operations department.
