Daily Duties at Knight Capital Markets :

Executed orders, managed order books in stocks, and maintained orderly markets in 200 tier 2, 3, and 4 level listed securities and 800 preferred stocks. Actively traded and leveraged positions against incoming customer order flow. Utilized SDOT and ITS systems for trade execution as well as posting proprietary markets on the TKAM system. Investigated ITS trade through cross-market and locked-market inquires. Extensive phone trade execution and reporting to firm customers including big name brokerage houses. Supervised and trained new staff to trade a massive preferred stock account.
