Daily Duties at Rush Trade Securities/Terra Nova Trading, Llc:
Trade execution and reporting including equities, options and spreads (on floor), futures, and bonds for retail, wholesale, and Institutional accounts. Monitor risk system for accounts falling below minimum requirements for stocks, options, and futures. Notified clients of margin calls ad worked with customers to settle such calls. Technical support and educational support for firm clients who utilize the Real Tick trading platform. Worked with sales department on adding new advisors to the auto trade program. Provided auto execution of trades for advisory service accounts; administrate equity, option, and futures trades. Volunteered to work all trade desk shifts to accommodate time off notably the 10pm-6am slot.
