Daily Duties at Adelphia Business Solutions:
Facilitated and expedited the ordering and installation of switched and dedicated services. Supported all communications between field sales teams and Customer Service. Resolved complaints regarding technical issues from customers and provided support to the Customer Service Department regarding discrepancies in orders, billing, rates, and services. Developed and implemented improvements in work processes to ensure successful completion of projects and customer satisfaction. Engineered Local Service Requests thru the Verizon GUI system and Sprint’s Integrated Request Entry System (IRES) for resale customers. Designed, developed and implemented provisioning training manual for reference and training purposes. Continuously demonstrated the ability to adapt to new work methods in response to changing customer needs and handled complications effectively and in a professional manner.
