Daily Duties at Eureka Ggn:
Successfully transitioned business customers from other carriers including AT&T, MCI, Verizon, Pacific Bell, and Focal onto proprietary network via acquisition process. Processed, tracked and maintained detailed records of transactions regarding customer trouble tickets and coordinated the necessary resources to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Coordinated and supervised the turn up of voice and data circuits/services on a national scale between the various departments to ensure a seamless transition of services on to our network.
