Daily Duties at Mortgage Solutions Financial:
Underwriting FHA, VA, Conventional, conforming and non-conforming, Construction, Jumbos, Second liens and Niche Products. Responsible for validating and running all automated systems. Doing my “due diligence” to make prudent judgments on all files, with special attention given to manual underwrites. I underwrite for multiple states and adhere to their specific criteria. Assist with all loan scenario questions and credit approvals. If loan does not fit requested program/product, possess the ability to find another program/product that will meet the needs of the borrower without compromising the integrity of the loan. Maintaining compliance with all State Banking Regulations Nationwide.
