Daily Duties at Bracket Global:

• Manage and own communication with clinical study sites • Monitor activity for each assigned study throughout the duration of the project • Prepare study materials, including questionnaires, rater experience surveys, response sheets, and other documents as required • Set up master systems, additional study hardware, study site folders, and data folders • Communicate site/study status within internal team and client sponsor • Coordinate with the project team to resolve rater and or/data inquiries within defined timeframe • Create and manage data for each assigned project, utilizing proprietary IT applications (e.g. RDA, IR2, CDR PRISM, etc.) • Manage data entry and ensure quality control, including raising data amendments and resolving data queries • Create data reports (e.g., weekly, interim, final, etc.) for submission to pharmaceutical clients Event Support • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and expert consultants to ensure all logistics, materials, and technologies necessary for successful training events are in place • Communicate event logistics within UBC Specialty Clinical Services team and project sponsor • Facilitate face-to-face training events and study days (includes overnight domestic and international travel) • Provide logistics support and facilitate virtual training sessions (web meetings, teleconferences, etc.) Administration • Work within project team to develop and implement processes for projects • Prepare and maintain in-study project plans which will be executed in collaboration with Project Managers • Provide weekly status reports documenting project activities, planned steps and issues • Track monthly and quarterly metrics (variable fee budgetary items) and provide to Project Manager for invoicing • Training and development of teammates as appropriate • Enhance the UBC Specialty Clinical Services business model by institutionalizing business processes, implementing best practices, templates, and seeking ways to work more efficiently • Perform quality assurance (QA) activities for Project Assistant and Sr. Project Assistant tasks • Contribute to the development, enhancement and testing efforts for enterprise IT applications (e.g. RDA, IR2, PRISM, CDR System, etc.)
