Complete management and leadership authority, accountability and responsibility for assigned programs including scheduling, reporting, stakeholder interfaces, budgeting and resource allocation, procurement and manufacturing, deliveries, safety and security. Directly supervised a business development staff of 25 personnel and program execution staff of 45 personnel. Interfaced with and indirectly managed resources from a matrix organization of 50 personnel and annual budget of over $150M. Exercised complete management and leadership authority and responsibility with government, and industry stakeholders. Responsible to senior management for all sales, orders and profit goals, and business development planning and execution.
