Daily Duties at Demetree Global:
I have held several positions at DEMETREE over the years, some of them simultaneously in separate companies under the DEMETREE Global umbrella. I have been the Director of Construction at Demetree Builders, Director of Property Development with Demetree Real Estate Services, Inc. (DRESI), Director of Construction at DEMETREE Global and Handex Consulting & Remediation simultaneously. Current GC License Qualifier through DB Orlando, another DEMETREE umbrella company. Responsibilities include land development, building construction and property management including tenant improvements as well as environmental remediation construction through HCR. Oversight of all construction projects through field personnel and office personnel including Program Managers, Field Managers, Project Managers, and office personnel including estimating, purchasing, fleet management, capital expenditures, vendor acquisitions and awards, etc.
