Daily Duties at New Breed Logistics:
• Highly essential in decommissioning of 3 facilities • Highly instrumental in startup of 2 new facilities with new automated equipment • Worked directly with safety coordinator to ensure that all company and OSHA policies and procedures were implemented and utilized to include annual and monthly safety documentation. • ISO 9001 audit preparation and committee member • Developed Job descriptions and tasks for department • Worked with Process Control and Quality team on developing process procedures for both production and maintenance team on proper Operator instructions and Maintenance repair. • Primary responsibilities consisted of scheduling of employees day to day operations, employee maintenance, primary supervisor and trainer over Conveyor system - had to hire two new teams (15 employees hired) from the ground up for new buildings with the new conveyor systems - The techs already hired did not have any conveyor experience. • General duties associated with day to day operations of the 6 facilities included plumbing, HVAC, structural and electrical, implementation and utilization of Proteus (Computerized maintenance system) and various other supervisory duties of a facilities maintenance company within a logistics Company.
