Daily Duties at Action Box Company Inc:

• Run maintenance department – reports to plant manager – No maintenance or reliability manager position available • Manage Maintenance budget by overseeing purchasing • Oversee facility purchaser and 9 Maintenance technicians • Develop and implement PM program – software but no PM program • Re-organize Inventory control – no control when I assumed the role • Develop and implemented Work Order system – software but no development or training – trained technicians, purchaser and production supervisors • Employee maintenance – scheduling, training, hiring and termination • Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors
