Reviewed operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. • Developed and maintained in-depth knowledge communication (cable) products and services and the ability to fully demonstrate their capabilities to both prospects and existing clients. • Performed cross selling and/or up selling of communication (cable) products and services with an emphasis on meeting the customer’s needs. • Negotiated and controlled the sales/buying cycle, utilizing a consultative selling process based both on goal identification and solution development. • Provided information gathered from prospects and existing clients to product development to be incorporated into new releases/product updates. • Established and maintained strong working relationships with existing clients to maintain service renewals and provide sales opportunities for additional products and services.
