Daily Duties at Aaa:

• Managed the entire process for physical damage claims and bodily injury claims in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Negotiated high exposure bodily litigated claims to resolution. Prepared litigation summaries and documentation to prepare for pre-trial arbitrations and mediations • Handled and resolved Iowa and Wisconsin medical payment claims. Analyzed and resolved protection injury protection (PIP) claims in Minnesota and Michigan. Worked closely with policy holder’s and attorney’s to resolve claims to the benefit of both parties • Analyzed State laws and policy language for individual claims to assure the proper coverage was afforded and all exclusions were examined •Tracked, monitored, and maintained claims using SAP, Lexus Nexus, and the companies diary system • Developed training practices for new employees on reviewing statues and policies for various states which improved retention and reduced new employee errors
