Managed professional services team/ managed direction and strategy of flagship product. Assigned resources to projects; maintained customer satisfaction; point of contact for client issues; overhauled delivery processes and roles to clarify responsibilities and capture best practices; ensured professional services and product performance met pre-acquisition goals. Developed product competitive strategies with knockoffs, increased clothing from 75% to 95% by partnering with sales reps in US; enabled distributors; launched critical new product release worldwide and supported marketing by created materials, F/F/B packages and briefed analysts and press worldwide; chaired cross department status meeting to drive progression, collaborated with development and sales management to ensure healthy partnership. I owned our relationship with strategic partners and exhausted every avenue to reduce cost of goods sold (achieved 5% reduction). In summary, this position required a deep understanding of market requirements, trends and product capabilities; collaborative relationship with all internal stakeholders including international sales agents; and how to improve delivery processes.
