Daily Duties at Lotus Development :

Managed Lotus Consulting's entire US delivery team of 250 architects, project managers, consultants and business partners resources. Assigned projects; orchestrated resources and consistently attained team utilization targets; monitored progress and ensured customer satisfaction metrics met goals; provided timely feedback to staff; developed team, hired, dismissed as required; ensured compliance with policies and applicable laws. Overcame "cultural inertia" when I changed delivery practices to first use existing ICAP vs always developing from zero starting point. Doubled use of partner assets and tools; maintained consistent use of partners but changed roles. To ensure compliance with Lotus delivery methodology and consistent quality, Lotus architect and project manager were assigned to every project and partner roles played important but supporting roles. Duties expanded to include Lotus' customer training team. In summary, this position required the following skills: leadership, team building and how to positively impact budget/P&L. I was responsible for achieving billable services revenue of $50 million per year which was achieved.
