Daily Duties at Apco Worldwide:

Executive support for C Suite Executives to include complex calender management, using sound judgement for anticipated conflicts. Creation of memos, correspondence and presentation materials using MS Office. Expense reporting and reconciliation Research for daily media scans on behalf of clients and business development. All aspects of international and domestic travel including visa and employment documentation. Event planning and management. On-boarding of new employees. Assist with coordination to the company's Global Employee Exchange Program. Update and maintain various communication lists.
