Daily Duties at Tritech Communications:

1. Provides audio-visual service, installs, maintains and repairs audio-visual equipment, and recommends innovative solutions for the clients audio-visual needs. Responsible for maintenance & repair of 31 conference room a-v systems & video signage displays [floors 2 - 14]. Manage video distribution head end for all display systems. 2. Set-up / support of audio-visual presentations. Provides technical support for visiting presenters and staff. 3. Works as a member of Colgate-Palmolive's, Corporate Communications Dept. Provides audio engineering and technical support for studio webcasts, video recordings. Assists in stage lighting and set designs. 4. Provides technical direction and support for events: background music, microphones, lighting adjustments, video recording, video streaming, video editing, and content archiving. 5. Coordinates with other vendors / tradesmen to manage and complete A-V systems upgrades, and installation projects. 6. Conducts employee training sessions: A-V systems, and conferencing equipment operation. 7. Consultant for off site event support which requires coordination of A-V services, and guidance on event staging. 8. Works as technical director, camera operator for webcasts and video shoots. Maintain audio-visual stock and hardware inventories, generate reports/logs. Offer occasional IT Support for conference room attendees.
