Daily Duties at Tmp Worldwide:
I was brought on by senior management to grow revenue pipelines through emerging media and advertising strategies across a varied client-base that included private-sector companies, government agencies, trade associations and nonprofit organizations. My objective was to lead TMP’s reemergence as a digital advertising and communications leader in the aftermath of the Tech bust and help grow the company into multi-million dollar company that grew to offices in over 21 cities in the United States and offices in six continents, as well as growing to over 1000 employees. I served as TMP’s interactive subject matter expert, driving cutting-edge new media and social media strategies for clients such as AOL, CIA, IRS, T-Mobile USA, among others.
What they like about Tmp Worldwide:
You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
