Daily Duties at Tmp Worldwide:
I was promoted by management to drive digital product innovation to grow revenue across all client verticals. I was tasked to develop relationships, products and products integration points with third-party vendors that were mutually financially beneficial to all parties. I developed revenue-share agreements between TMP and third-parties in order to increase revenue streams and increase profit margins. I developed and maintained national and global strategic partnerships between TMP Worldwide and entities such as LinkedIn, MySpace, Indeed, ADP and others, while incorporating social networking applications into TMP’s product mix.
