I was brought on by executive management to design and build out firm’s first formal digital practice to grow revenue outside of the traditional communications and media spaces. I was responsible for developing a strategic roadmap for knowledge and revenue growth through staffing the digital team, creating agency relationships with media outlets such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook, while developing digital strategies and tactical plans for CLS's clients. I constructed and implemented social media strategies, while marrying digital media and communications with traditional communications, ultimately developing integrated marketing communications programs. I developed these strategies across public affairs, crisis management, international relations, and grassroots advocacy programs to meet client objectives.
