I was brought on by executive management to develop and formalize the company's digital, social media and communications strategies to increase revenue growth utilizing interactive marketing channels. Core responsibilities of my role include managing digital marketing and recruitment efforts, and public relations. I am tasked with rebranding the entire company, including its corporate parent - Chrysalis Holdings, LLC - and its sister companies. I am responsible for managing the brands' reputation in online spaces, while working closely with legal and compliance to unveil innovative communications programs that assist in growing revenue and optimizing recruiting efforts. I am heavily involved in planning and managing corporate events, as well as establishing the brand and relationships of the company's' nonprofit arm - the NewDay USA Foundation.
