Daily Duties at Two Harbors Investment Corp. :

In a team of two associates, I reported directly to the Director of Investor Relations on all quarterly earnings deliverables. Responsibilities included: proofing and editing earnings press release, drafting, editing and completion of earnings presentation and quarterly Investor presentation, drafting initial messaging for earnings script and completion of quarterly fact sheet. In connection with quarterly earnings, I also participated on all meetings with the CEO, CIO, CFO and General Counsel to finalize all earnings materials. Following the earnings process, I was also responsible for scheduling quarterly investor calls and meetings with top institutional shareholders. Responsibilities included confirming all appointments, topics to be covered, presentation materials and all follow-up communications - answers to questions and thank you's. Separately from quarterly earnings, I managed the re-branding of company materials and website to give presentations a "re-fresh" while creating new branding templates for all communication and correspondence for the firm. Prior to the roll-out of all materials, I was responsible for over-seeing all internal documents and presentations to ensure consistent messaging and templates were used in accordance with the company's brand standards. In addition to branding, I had ownership of senior management's schedules and meetings for selective road shows. Each road show involved enrollment, press release announcing participation, scheduling investor meetings and calls, preparation of all materials and all requisite follow up.
